Heavy Equipment Operator

Operates heavy construction equipment, such as loaders, graders, dozers, excavators, backhoes as well as on/off road dump trucks. Capable of conducting basic operator level maintenance checks and services. Able to read grade stakes and interpret construction drawings. Capable of using equipment mounted GPS technology. Familiar with setting rigging/lifting gear for concrete structures, pipes, and other construction materials.
Ensures compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Work as part of a site development crew under the supervision of a project foreman. Experience with underground utilities and site development is beneficial. Commercial driver’s license (CDL) desirable, but not required.

Construction Laborer

Directly supports placement/installation of underground utilities (pipes, conduits, storm drain structures, etc.). Operates support equipment, such as forklifts, compaction plates/rollers, water trucks, street sweepers, generators, and pumps during site clearing and construction activities. Supports routine equipment maintenance checks and services such as fueling and greasing. Receiving and unloading construction materials and supplies. Maintains erosion/dust control activities and supports general site clean-up. Work as part of a site development crew under the supervision of a project foreman.
Previous experience with underground utilities and site development is beneficial. Valid driver’s license required. Commercial driver’s license (CDL) desirable, but not required.

Pipe Layer

Responsible for assessing ground conditions, digging trenches, installing sanitary and storm water sewer structures, catch basins and pipe systems. Work includes grading and leveling trench beds to plan, installing bedding, compacting, placing structures, cutting, assembling, sealing pipes and leak checking. Assist with lifting materials into trenches, installing shoring, or trench boxes, and backfilling trenches. Work as part of a site development crew under the supervision of a project foreman.
Experience with pipe lasers. Valid driver’s license required.

Commercial Truck Driver

Drive commercial vehicles with a GVW over 26,000 lbs. Proficient in using transfer or truck & pup configurations in construction environments. Load and unload heavy equipment (40 tons) on flatbed trailers. Conduct daily vehicle inspections (refuel, DEF, tire pressure, repairs, etc.). Maintain all logs and delivery tickets. Directly support construction sites and perform trucking for hire as required.
Commercial driver’s license (T endorsement). HAZMAT endorsements beneficial, but not required
