Marwood General Construction is a growing, forward thinking General Contractor within the State of Washington. We’re state certified OMWBE (minority owned, disadvantaged small business), actively working with PTAC, City of Tacoma and WSDOT to support State sponsored projects. We specialize in Civil Construction: excavating, grading, site clearing, underground utility installation, project management, and concrete flatwork services.
Thanks to our participation in Washington State Department of Transportation(WSDOT) capacity’s building mentorship program (CBMP), we’ve been mentored by Tucci & Sons, a third-generation, family-owned heavy construction company and enhanced our capabilities on transportation-related projects.
We offer heavy equipment and operator rentals, for state sponsored projects. We are pleased to serve both the private and public sector and have successfully completed a number of large scale civil site development projects with commercial clients including Bay Vista Apartments, BP/ARCO, Sherwin Williams, Starbucks, Silver City Brewery, as well as multiple residential developments.
